MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR & GUIDE

Genine Snorkel Instructor and Guide

Founder, Snorkel Instructor & Guide

Genine

Hello, I’m Genine. I'm based in the historic fishing town of Eyemouth on the Berwickshire coast in Scotland. I’m passionate about marine life, the marine environment and marine conservation, particularly in our local seas. I enjoy sharing this passion and educating people about the importance of our seas through the adventure of snorkelling.

I spent a year working as the marine ranger for the Berwickshire Marine Reserve, working on a number of projects with the community and visitors to protect and promote this area.  I’m very grateful and lucky to be able to live and work in this beautiful coastal area and be able to bring the underwater world to all through teaching and guiding snorkelling.

I'm a BSAC qualified snorkel instructor and a PADI Divemaster guiding and assisting scuba diving when I'm not snorkelling. I plan, organise, teach and guide all the sessions, kindly assisted by Joe at weekends and with larger groups.
